Andrea is the Expedition Manager and co-founder of Argon Expeditions, combining her background in clinical dietetics with a career built around complex logistics and world-class event delivery. Recently, she has taken on a new role as Course Operations Manager at Pont3, facilitating the extensive planning and on-the-ground coordination behind the Sydney Marathon and the Bondi to Manly Ultra. Alongside this, she continues to pursue her ultimate passion for delivering exemplary endurance races in some of the world’s most remote deserts as Operations Manager for RacingThePlanet.

Her work has taken her from the Atacama Desert to Mongolia and Antarctica, managing large-scale international races and expeditions that demand precision, resilience, and creativity in equal measure. At Argon, Andrea is the driving force behind the planning and logistics that enable ambitious journeys in remote, often unforgiving environments.

When she’s not coordinating marathons or expeditions, Andrea is immersed in the busy, joyful chaos of family life. She and her husband, Gareth, are raising two young children, and she balances her professional commitments with being fully present for their sports, adventures, and everyday milestones.
